This past weekend we packed up the car and headed to the hill country. My best friend Nikki is getting married to her high school sweetheart in November. Her parents moved a couple of years ago to the hill country. :( We miss them a lot. (But now we have a place to go visit) Their friends threw Nikki and Jordan a couple shower. So we made a whole weekend out of it. It was nice catching up with Mother and Father. They are wonderful. Luke enjoyed being spoiled all weekend by them. Luke was really sad when it was time to go. :) Thanks Mother and Father for having us. We can't wait to come back!!!
P.S. For those of you who don't know Mother and Father are Nikki's parents. I have always called them that.
